Griz football camps start June 11

Registration is now open for the Grizzlies' 2018 slate of summer camps, giving kids and high school players from first grade through incoming seniors the chance to learn from the Montana coaching staff.
The camp schedule is highlighted by a pair of individual camps on June 15 and 29, along with a 7 on 7 shootout and big man camp, giving high school talent from around the state the chance to show their stuff for Griz coaches and take in the UM campus.
"These camps are a great opportunity for us to get prospective football players on our campus so they can see the University of Montana, and for us to evaluate them on the field," said Hauck. "They are a great recruiting tool for our school at large and for our program as well."
Future Griz will also get the chance to play with the stars during two different youth camps. First-through-fourth grade camp is set for June 11-13, while middle schoolers in fifth-through-eighth grades take the field June 18-20.
"We really enjoy having these kids on campus," said Hauck. "They learn the fun of football and they get a chance to be around our players, former players, and coaches."
Camps include instruction from the Grizzly Coaching staff, competition inside Washington-Grizzly Stadium, emersion into the Grizzly football experience and a whole lot more.
