Grizzly Softball Field/Jackson Contractor Group Indoor Hitting Facility
Grizzly Softball Field/Jackson Contractor Group Indoor Hitting Facility
Grizzly Softball Field opened in 2015 and has proved to be a true home-field advantage for the Montana softball team. Through the facility's first nine years, the Grizzlies have gone 94-62 on their home field.
The facility features a state-of-the-art, artificial-turf playing surface, the only one of its kind in the Big Sky Conference. It allows Montana to practice and play in all types of weather conditions.
Montana’s first win at its new facility was a 6-3 victory over Idaho State on March 23, 2015.
The Jackson Contractor Group Indoor Hitting Facility is also part of the softball complex, which is located on the university’s south campus.
