GRIZZLY ATHLETICS DONATION REQUEST FORM
To request a donated item(s) please fill out the form below.
Please read the following prior to submitting your request:
* NCAA rules and regulations prevent us from donating to fundraisers that benefit prospective student-athletes. According to the NCAA, all student grades 9-12 are considered prospective student athletes.
* Donations are based upon compliance approval and availability of donation inventory.
* Due to the high demand and limited availability, we are unable to donate single game or season football tickets.
* Personal donation requests are not permissible.
* Donation requests must be received two weeks in advance of the fundraiser to allow ample time to process and mail donation. Requests received without two weeks notice may not be filled.
* If your request is approved, please do not list Grizzly Athletics as a sponsor in your program. Grizzly Athletics does not require or wish to have any recognition in programs.
