- Mike Tilleman; Chinook, Montana; Football 1963-1964
- Was originally drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the National football League. Played in the NFL for 12 seasons (1965-1976) and was a starter for 11 of those years. He played for four different NFL teams: the Minnesota Vikings (two years), the New Orleans Saints (four years), the Houston Oilers (two seasons), and the Atlanta Falcons (four years)
- Was chosen the NFL’s “Comeback Player of the year” in 1972, when he led the NFL with 15 quarterback sacks. Was MVP New Orleans Saints 1970, and MVP Houston Oilers 1972
- Was selected to the NFL’s All-Pro team in 1973
- Played for the Grizzlies from 1963-1964 and by passed his senior season in 1965 to sign with the Minnesota Vikings
- Was named to the All-Big Sky Conference team in 1963 and 1964
