UM accepting applications for Assistant Athletic Director for NCAA Compliance
The University of Montana- Missoula, a NCAA Division I program and member of the Big Sky Conference, invites applications for the full-time, 12 month position of Assistant Athletic Director/ Compliance. The Assistant AD/Compliance will administer a comprehensive compliance program which includes delivering a rules education program; serving as a resource for the University community on athletically-related regulations; coordinating/maintaining procedures for compliance with NCAA, Conference and University regulations. The Asst. AD will represent the University in all areas of NCAA and Big Sky Conference compliance and enforcement issues, including providing rules interpretations, monitoring recruiting activities and evaluating financial aid and eligibility certification procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and experience related to the position required, advanced degree preferred. Knowledge of NCAA rules and compliance administration required. Computer skills required, familiarity with NCAA Compliance Assistant software and Legislative Services database preferred. Salary: DOE.
