GSA to host gatherings prior to UNC football game

Montana fans traveling to Colorado to attend the Griz football game against Northern Colorado on Saturday, Oct. 6, will have a pair of opportunities to get clear eyes and full hearts before kickoff.
The Grizzly Scholarship Association will be hosting a social in Fort Collins on Friday night and a pregame tailgate near the stadium on Saturday leading up to kickoff, which is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. at Nottingham Field in Greeley.
The social will take place at the Fort Collins Marriott (350 E. Horsetooth Road) from 6-8 p.m. Fans can expect a meet-and-greet appearance by head coach Mick Delaney between team meetings. Light appetizers will be available, and there will be a cash bar. No RSVP is necessary.
Saturday's pregame tailgate will be hosted by the GSA at a convenient location on UNC's campus. A map of the tailgate will be available on GoGriz.com the week of the game. The tailgate will run from 11:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Food and beverages will be available.
