Dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony: 4:30 p.m. (open to public)
Open house: 6-7 p.m. (open to public)
After almost two years of construction and decades of dreaming, the Washington-Grizzly Champions Center is ready for its close-up.
Â
The Montana Department of Athletics will hold a grand opening dedication and ribbon cutting celebration at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 13, at the south entrance to Washington-Grizzly Stadium (behind the scoreboard), with the east end of the Washington-Grizzly Champions Center as the backdrop.
Â
The ribbon cutting and dedication will feature comments from Director of Athletics Kent Haslam, University of Montana President Sheila Stearns, and members of the Washington family.
Â
Grizzly Athletics will also host an open house at the Washington-Grizzly Champions Center that evening from 6-7 p.m., giving members of the public the chance to tour the new facility.

Both events are free and open to the public.
Â
Fans interested in attending the open house are asked to use the entrance located on the east side of the Adams Center and the west side of Washington-Grizzly Stadium. Parking will be available in Lot W.Â
