After an altered spring season that saw the Grizzlies struggle on the court, Montana got back on track this fall, posting its most wins and best record since 2013. The Grizzlies earned wins over regional rivals Montana State, Eastern Washington and Idaho (twice) and won their first preseason tournament since 2005, when they went 3-0 at the UND Classic.
Montana qualified for the Big Sky Conference tournament for the third time in the past four seasons and returns a large portion of its rotation, including All-Big Sky outside hitter Paige Clark.
