HEAD COACH WAYNE TINKLE ON ANDY: "We had hopes to redshirt him (last season), but I think the playing time and the experience he got is rally going to benefit him down the road. I think he is an unbelievable shot-blocker. Strength and conditioning is a key for him, because right now he can't stay on the court for more than a few minutes, and then he kind of just runs into a wall.
"The more playing time he gets, the more influence he's going to have on our team defensively. And, he's really got a little tougher on the offensive end, demanding the ball and getting some results for us. Andy's going to have to be a key for us this year, and we are very happy to have him. He's put a lot of work in, and I know that's going to add up to some success for him."
