If you claimed AND scanned your ticket at multiple games and believe you should have early access but have not received the email, PLEASE CHECK YOUR CLUTTER AND JUNK MAIL IF YOU BELIEVE YOU SHOULD GET EARLY ACCESS.
- The early access period for eligible students will be WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 7th from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
- Students who did NOT attend 3 or more of the first 5 games (via claiming AND scanning student tickets) will have access to claim student tickets and any remaining guest passes beginning THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 8th at 7 am.

What are mobile tickets?
Mobile tickets are tickets delivered in a Mobile PDF or Apple Wallet (Passbook) format specifically designed for smartphones. Mobile tickets are emailed directly to you immediately after your purchase. You will receive two emails after your purchase - one will be your ticket that can be scanned on your smartphone or added to Wallet and the second email will be your order confirmation email (does not include tickets).
Question: How do mobile tickets work?
1) For mobile PDF, you will receive one email with one PDF per event. All tickets for the same event will be in one PDF.
2) For Wallet (Passbook), you will receive one email with a file attachment for each ticket ordered.
3) The ticket that is emailed to you is a valid ticket. Make sure you protect it like you would any other ticket. Each ticket contains a unique barcode that is scanned at the event. If any copies are made of the ticket, only the first scan of the barcode will be allowed entry. If a unique barcode has already been scanned, the attendant will be alerted and entry will not be permitted.
Question: What software or hardware do I need?
1) PDF attachments may be used on any type of smartphone with a PDF viewer (such as Apple, Android, Windows, Blackberry, etc).
2) Wallet files may only be used on Apple iPhones with the Wallet app. Wallet comes preinstalled as an App from Apple in operating system iOS 6 and later.
Question: why haven't I received my mobile tickets?
1) Make sure you have used the correct email address.
2) Check your junk folder.
3) Make sure that your spam guard and junk mail settings allow you to receive emails and attachments.
4) Be sure to add our email address, do_not_reply@umontana.edu, to your list of trusted email addresses.
5) Please allow at least one hour for your emails to arrive.

Question: What if I don't have a smart phone?
No smartphone is necessary. Tickets are delivered via email as a PDF attachment. You can print the tickets at home and present with your Griz Card at the gate.
Question: How do I get my tickets each week?
Step 1: Set up your account before the first time you try to get a ticket. An email with a pin will be sent to all eligible students.
Step 2: Order home game tickets online through your GrizTix account. Click here to claim your ticket. Student tickets and guest passes will be available beginning at 7 am (MST) every Monday before home games.
Step 3: Choose mobile tickets as your delivery method.
Step 4: You will receive an email with either your mobile PDF ticket or iPhone Wallet ticket(s). Be sure to save this email (all tickets for the same event will be in one PDF attachment) or add the tickets to Wallet as you will need to present it for entry. It will save you time and energy if you screen shot the PDF before arriving at the game!
Step 5: Present your mobile ticket on your smartphone at the student gate along with your Griz Card. UM scans all tickets using the barcode on each ticket. Each ticket should be treated like any other valid ticket.
Step 6: ALL students must receive a wristband and hand stamp for re-entry. If you don't want to wait in line at the start of the game, feel free to come early and get your wristband and hand stamped in the Adam Center lobby or go to the student gate an hour and a half prior to kick for easy entrance.
Question: How do I get a guest pass?
Guest passes will be sold on a first come, first serve basis online, beginning every morning at 7 am. The $15 fee will have to be paid online via credit card. The guest pass will be delivered as a PDF. Remember, only one scan per barcode is applicable, so if it is duplicated or altered, it will not be honored at the gate.
Question: Are Griz Student Season Tickets still available?
2018 Griz Student Season Tickets will not be available for purchase. Instead we have offered more student guest passes!!!
***NEW THIS YEAR... students can earn loyalty points based on attendance at all home games! Loyalty points are earned simply for registering for a student ticket. Attendance to the game is required to earn additional points. Points will be taken away for not showing up to the game. Students who registered for a student ticket can scan their tickets for loyalty points until halftime. After halftime points will be lost. Students who attend the first five home games will receive an email about when they can have early access to Griz/Cat student tickets and guess passes! All other student tickets and guess passes will be available on Thursday November 8th beginning at 7 AM All student accounts begin each academic year with zero.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Mobile tickets are individually barcoded allowing one scan per entry so any attempts to duplicate, alter, or sell any copies of the mobile ticket may result in admittance being refused to the event. This provides heightened security by identifying counterfeit and stolen tickets. A valid Student Griz Card will be required with tickets at time of entry. The 790# on the ticket must match the 790# on the Griz Card.
