2020-21 (Sophomore): Recipient of the Naseby Rhinehart Award as the team’s most inspirational player… Academic All-Big Sky Conference for the second consecutive season… Played in 22 games during his sophomore season, earning three starts… Finished the year averaging 3.6 points and 2.0 rebounds per game, in addition to 11 assists, four steals and three blocked shots, while averaging 11.8 minutes per contest… Saw extended minutes over the final nine games of the season, after not playing in the previous four games (Feb. 4-13)... Scored in double figures three times during that span, including a career-most 16 points at Eastern Washington (Feb 18) and team-high 14 vs. Warner Pacific (March 5)… Against the Eagles, shot 4-of-6 from the floor while pulling down six rebounds… Made multiple 3-pointers three times in the final six regular-season games and four times overall… Ranked fifth on the team with 13 made 3-pointers… Started back-to-back games at Sacramento State (Jan. 21-23)… Scored seven points, in addition to three rebounds and a steal, vs. Whitworth (Jan. 9)… Had a career night at Georgia (Dec. 8), totaling 11 points and recording personal bests for 3-pointers (three) and minutes played (25), while also adding two assists... 2019-20 (Freshman): Academic All-Big Sky Conference… Played in 28 games, averaging 7.8 minutes per contest… Averaged 2.0 points and 1.9 rebounds per game while adding nine assists, five steals and four blocks… Led Montana for blocked shots three times and rebounding twice… Had one rebound for every 4.2 on-court minutes… Played 17 minutes in season finale vs. Southern Utah (March 7), his most since seeing 18 minutes vs. Coppin State (Nov. 29)…. High School: Is a 2018 graduate of El Camino Real High School outside of Los Angeles… Twice was named to the All-CIF Los Angeles City Section Boys’ Basketball Team… Also earned All-Southern California Prep Insider honors… As a team captain, led the Conquistadors to the state tournament in 2018, scoring 27 points in a narrow defeat to Long Beach Poly… Was selected to play in several postseason all-star games, including the Collision All-Star game in which he was named the game’s MVP… Scored 25 points when the Griz coaching staff first saw him play in person, Dec. 6, 2017 after Montana’s game vs. UCLA was canceled… Played AAU basketball for Pro Skills Sports Academy.
