2020-21 (Senior): Played in 19 games, earning 18 starts, before departing the program in mid-February… Averaged 9.9 points on .548 shooting, 5.4 rebounds and 0.6 blocked shots per game, while playing 22.7 minutes per contest… At the time of his departure, ranked second on the team for both rebounding and blocked shots, and third for scoring… Ranked 12^th in Big Sky Conference play for rebounding and 13^th for blocked shots… Was in double figures for scoring nine times, leading the Griz in that category on three occasions… Scored in double figures in both games at Portland State (Feb. 4-6), averaging 12.5 points per contest on .733 shooting... 2018-19 (San Jose State): Played one season at San Jose State, leading the Spartans for scoring (13.2 points per game) and rebounding (8.5 per game)… Played in all 31 games, earning 29 starts… Scored in double figures 23 times, including 11 double-doubles… Ranked third in the Mountain West for shooting (.483) and in the top 15 for both scoring and rebounding… Led the Spartans for minutes played (30.5 per game) and tied for the team lead for blocked shots (14)… Scored at least 20 points on six occasions, including a Division-I high 24 vs. Air Force (Jan. 26)… Had 14 rebounds and a career-high four blocked shots vs. Southern Utah (Nov. 10)… Tallied 21 points and 11 rebounds vs. Santa Clara (Nov. 24)… Scored the game-winning layup in a non-conference win over Bethune Cookman (Dec. 6)… During a stretch from Nov. 15 through Jan. 2, scored in double figures in 11 consecutive games… In addition to his 24 points vs. Air Force (Jan. 26), he also had a career-best 17 rebounds… Scored 21 points in back-to-back games at Air Force (Feb. 23) and New Mexico (Feb. 27), in addition to at Fresno State (March 9).

High School: Is a 2016 graduate of James Logan High School in Union City, Calif. … Averaged 15.8 points and 9.2 rebounds per game as a senior, helping the Colts to a 19-8 record… Earned All-East Bay and all-league honors.

Personal: Born in Mountain View, California… Raised in Union City and Oakland, California…. Parents are Michael and Aida Steadman… Has an older sister and younger brother... Graduated in May 2020 with a degree in business management... Left the program in mid-February, before transferring to UMass.
