The 2026-27 season is Tanner Lind’s first year as the program’s first-ever Director of Player Development.
Lind is an NBA-certified skills trainer with an elite client roster spanning multiple NBA franchises and every level of career achievement.
His work includes developing championship-caliber skill sets and winning habits with NBA champions, guiding elite prospects through the transition to professional play as the trainer behind NBA Rookie of the Year recipients and delivering advanced skill development and performance coaching for multiple NBA All-Stars.
Through targeted, individualized training programs, he has also helped develop an NBA Sixth Man of the Year and an NBA Most Improved Player.
His program work includes the NBA Player Development Program with the San Antonio Spurs and Phoenix Suns as well as an NBA Mini Camp with the Indiana Pacers.
Lind and his wife, Amanda, have four sons, Christian, Parker, Dieter and Berrin.
