The fifth-ranked Grizzlies escaped with a 28-14 win on Saturday over Division I-AA
independent Cal Poly in front of 5,720 fans at Mustang Stadium. The win put the Griz at 8-1 and
pretty much cemented a berth in the I-AA playoffs, which begin in 20 days.
