Griz honored by College Sporting News

Fourteen conferences, 70 schools and 166 players received preseason NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision honors recently from College Sporting News. Appalachian State and Villanova led the list with eight selections each. Reigning national champion Richmond and Appalachian State placed the most players on the first team with three each.
The honors were chosen by the 10-member staff of CSN.
