Montana battled the No. 2 team in the Big Sky Conference to four sets on Thursday night, including a dominating Set-3 victory. Montana's three kills leaders were all freshmen. Elsa Godwin had a team-high 12 kills on .310 hitting, while Catie Semadeni added 10 at a .300 clip. Amethyst Harped recorded 11 kills.
With one match remaining in the regular season, Montana can advance to the Big Sky tournament with a win at Idaho State on Saturday night.

Elsa Godwin led the Grizzlies with 12 kills on .310 hitting, in addition to two aces.
Catie Semadeni had a strong night, totaling 10 kills on .300 hitting.
