No. 6 seed Griz to host UNI/EWU winner in second round of FCS playoffs

The Montana Grizzlies earned a first-round bye in the NCAA Football Championship Subdivision playoffs with a number six seed following Saturday's win over MSU.

Montana will now host the winner of the Northern Iowa/Eastern Washington game in the second round of the FCS playoffs on Friday, December 3, in Washington-Grizzly Stadium, with kickoff set for 7 p.m. local time.

Tickets for Montana's second round playoff game are on sale now at GrizTix.com. Season ticket holders have until Tuesday, Nov. 23, at 10 p.m., to purchase their same seats for the game.

Unclaimed season tickets will go on sale to the general public on Wednesday, Nov. 24.

With the playoff berth, Montana has extended its FCS/1-AA record to 25 playoff appearances since 1982, carrying a 30-7 all-time postseason record in games played in Missoula.
