Outdoor track & field schedule features pair of home meets

The indoor track & field season is just getting going but outdoor track & field will be here shortly, with Montana head coach Clint May revealing the Grizzlies' outdoor schedule on Tuesday.

The regular-season slate bookends with a pair of home meets, beginning with the Al Manuel Northwest Invite (March 25-26) and closing with the Tom Gage Classic (May 7). Both meets will be held in Missoula, at Dornblaser Field.

In between the two home meets, the Grizzlies will travel to Bozeman, Montana (April 9), Eugene, Oregon (April 23-23) and Pocatello, Idaho (April 29-30). Another April meet could potentially still be added to the schedule.

The 2022 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships will be held this May in Pocatello (May 11-14), making the Bengal Invitational two weeks prior a great test run on that track.
