Tickets, autographs, merchandise up for grabs at Griz Athletics Spring Festival on April 7

Spring is fully in swing, and that means plenty of opportunities to catch the Grizzlies in action. In fact, on Friday, April 7, Montana is hosting a Spring Festival, with women's tennis, men's tennis, softball and football all competing in Missoula, culminating with the spring football game at 6 p.m. inside Washington-Grizzly Stadium.

Fans are encouraged to make April 7 a day full of Griz Athletics, attending as many Griz sporting events as possible. In fact, fans can collect Easter Eggs at each Griz sporting event that day and redeem their eggs at the spring football game for prizes ranging from Griz apparel to signed merchandise and game tickets. The grand-prize winner will take home a pair of suite tickets to the 2023 Griz-Cat football game on Nov. 18.

Women's tennis opens the Spring Festival with a Big Sky match vs. Portland State (9 a.m. at PEAK Racquet Club). Later that afternoon, the men's tennis team will host Idaho (2 p.m. at PEAK Racquet Club). Meanwhile, softball will host Sacramento State in a doubleheader, beginning at 2:30 p.m., followed by the spring football game inside Washington-Grizzly Stadium, with kickoff slated for 6 p.m.

Fans can collect an Easter Egg at each sporting event throughout the day. Those who collect an egg from all four sports can redeem their prizes during the second half of the football game, with the grand-prize winner being announced during halftime.

On Saturday, April 8, there will be a free volleyball scrimmage vs. Montana State (11 a.m.), a free men's tennis match vs. Portland State (noon) and another softball game vs. Sacramento State (1 p.m.). On Easter Sunday, women's tennis will host Eastern Washington in its final home match of the season (9 a.m.).
