
Six Grizzlies named Academic All-District

Six players from the Big Sky Conference champion Montana women's soccer team were named Academic All-District on Tuesday by College Sports Communicators.

Eliza Bentler, Maddie Ditta, Ashlyn Dvorak, Ally Henrikson, Mia Parkhurst and Chloe Seelhoff all met the high bar that the award requires.
Â
Recipients must have at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA and must have played in 90 percent of their team's matches during the season or started two-thirds of its games.
Â
Ditta, Henrikson and Seelhoff were named Academic All-District last year as well.
Â
Bentler has a 3.57 GPA as a marketing major. She ended her career with 11 goals and seven assists, her 29 points ranking 24th in program history.

Ditta, a three-time All-Big Sky Conference selection, has a 3.78 GPA as an integrative physiology major. The midfielder did not miss a match the last four seasons while totaling 14 goals and four assists.

Dvorak has a 3.51 GPA as a psychology major. She was voted the Big Sky Goalkeeper of the Year this past season and Big Sky Championship MVP. She is a two-time first-team All-Big Sky selection.

Henrikson, already with a finance degree, is pursuing a master's of business administration. The 2025 Big Sky Defensive MVP and first-team All-Big Sky selection, has a 3.83 GPA.

Parkhurst, already holding a political science degree, has a 3.50 GPA while working toward a master's degree in public administration. The outside back helped the Grizzlies record a dozen shutouts this fall.

Seelhoff, who has a 3.96 GPA as a management information systems major, led Montana in both goals (7) and assists (6) as a senior. She was voted first-team All-Big Sky this past season.

Bentler, Ditta, Henrikson, Parkhurst and Seelhoff are outgoing seniors and were part of some or all of Montana's success over the past few seasons.

The Grizzlies won outright Big Sky regular-season championships in 2023, '24 and '25, becoming the first program in Big Sky history to do so, going 18-1-5 in league.

Montana won the Big Sky tournament in Missoula earlier this month and advanced to the program's seventh NCAA Women's Soccer Championship.

The Grizzlies fell 2-0 at Washington in a match that was a one-goal margin until the final minute. The Huskies will face Duke on Friday in a national quarterfinal, the winner advancing to the College Cup.

Dvorak will be back in 2026 for one final season. She has a career record of 25-9-8, a goals-against average of 0.60 and a save percentage of .862.

Her 23 career shutouts rank behind only Claire Howard (32) and Kailey Norman (24) in program history.
