
Griz land three on Scholar All-Region team

The Montana soccer program had three players named second-team Scholar All-West Region on Wednesday by the United Soccer Coaches.

Ashlyn Dvorak, Ally Henrikson and Chloe Seelhoff, each named Academic All-District last month by College Sports Communicators, earned Scholar All-West Region honors for the first time.
Â
Montana had three of the 28 selections on the region's first and second teams, matching the most in the region with, among others, Stanford, Pepperdine and Washington.

Montana also had three Scholar All-West Region selections in 2014 (Brooke Moody, Tyler Adair, Mackenzie Akins) and the 2021 spring season (Claire Howard, Avery Adams, Alexa Coyle).

Montana has had 20 all-time Scholar All-West Region selections.

Dvorak, who has a 3.51 GPA as a psychology major, graduated last week.

She was voted the Big Sky Goalkeeper of the Year this past season and Big Sky Championship MVP. She is a two-time first-team All-Big Sky selection.

Henrikson, already with a finance degree, is pursuing a master's of business administration. The 2025 Big Sky Defensive MVP and first-team All-Big Sky selection, has a 3.83 GPA.

Seelhoff, who has a 3.96 GPA as a management information systems major, also graduated last week.

She led Montana in both goals (7) and assists (6) as a senior to earn third-team All-West Region honors by the United Soccer Coaches. She was voted first-team All-Big Sky this past season.
