2018: Transitioning to the defensive side of the ball this season, Calhoun is expected to be a major contributor to the Grizzly defensive, earning a starting position playing CB ... Showing his versatility in his first collegiate performance as a defensive player, Calhoun impressed recording 5 tackles, a sack for a loss of 11 yards, one forced fumble, 3 PBU's and one QB hit … Calhoun continues to impress in his new position on the defensive side of the ball as he recorded a career-high 9 tackles (8 solo, also a career-high) vs. Cal Poly (9/29) ... In addition to his 106 yards on kickoff returns, Calhoun also made his impact felt on defensive with 3 tackles and an interception vs. North Dakota (10/13) ... Calhoun contributed to his team’s road victory over Idaho (11/10) with 4 total tackles and a pass break-up on the day ... Calhoun finished the season recording 9 tackles (tying career-high) and half a TFL against rival Montana State (11/17) ... Calhoun has made 20 career starts before the 2018 season (the fourth-most of any active Griz), was last season's fourth-leading returning receiver and has posted 1210 career receiving yards but shows promise in his newly adopted defensive role.

2016: Calhoun was Montana’s second leading receiver, playing in 11 games in his redshirt freshman season … caught 42 passes for 625 yards … also second on the team with six touchdown receptions … fourth on the team in scoring with 36 points … 61-yard reception was season long … averaged 56.8 yards per game on 14.9 yards per catch … two touchdown catches in game against Idaho State on Nov. 5 … season-high 133 yards receiving on eight catches, one for a touchdown, against Northern Arizona Oct. 22 … double-digit receiving yards in 10 of the 11 games.

HIGH SCHOOL: Calhoun was an all-conference pick as a junior and senior at Long Beach Poly High School...he was named All-CIF and his team’s "Offensive Player of the Year"; following his senior year...also tabbed to the "Dream Team" in 2013 and 2014...2012 team won the CIF title...he lettered in football and track.
PERSONAL: Calhoun is majoring in business … His parents are Jeremy and Kenon Calhoun of Long Beach, Calif. … His twin brother Jeremy is also a Griz football player.
