2020-21 (R-Jr): Cooper comes to Montana as a walk-on and is expected to compete for playing time as a kicker and punter

2019 (R-So. – Fresno City): Played one year at Fresno City after transferring from Mississippi… Went 6-9 (67%) on field goal attempts and 26-32 (81%) on PATs for 44 points.

2018 (R-Fr. – Mississippi): Was a squad member… Did not see playing time for the Rebels.

2017 (Fr. – Mississippi): Was a walk-on at Mississippi.

High School: Rated as a 4.5-star kicker… Went to Ole Miss as a walk-on… Also had PWO offers from Cal and Oregon State

Personal: Son of former NFL kicker and Super Bowl XXI champion Joe Cooper (who played for the New York Giants with former Grizzly kicker Raul Allegre)… Carried a 3.5 GPA in high school.
