2016: Named to All-Big Sky 2nd team at Defensive End… His career total of 29.5 tackles-for-loss ties him at No. 11 on UM's all-time career TFL list with current Seattle Seahawk Jordan Tripp… posted the sixth-most sacks in the Big Sky (5.5) and the fifth-most tackles for loss (11) in 2016… Finished the season as Montana’s fifth-leading tackler with 55 total tackles… Also had three pass breakups and pass deflections… Led Montana in fumble recoveries (2)… blocked a field goal… Named to STATS FCS Buchanan Award watch list… Named STATS FCS Preseason All-American… Named Big Sky Conference Preseason Defensive Player of the Year… Named to the Athlon Sports preseason FCS All-America first-team… made a move from defensive tackle to defensive end in the off season… Montana’s leading returning tackler from 2015 with 82 tackles as a defensive tackle… UM’s only returning first-team all-Big Sky player… posted four tackles (two solo), a sack and two tackles for loss in the 2016 spring game at defensive end.
2015: Named first-team all-Big Sky at defensive tackle… On July 28th, he was chosen to wear the #37 jersey, passed down to him by Zack Wagenmann… Was the Grizzlies’ fourth-leading tackler as a junior with 82 tackles (23 solo)… started all 12 games… posted 10 tackles for loss, totaling 52 yards… responsible for 3.5 sacks for 33 yards… recorded an interception, six pass breakups, seven pass deflections, a quarterback hurry, recovered a fumble and blocked a kick... Awarded the ’54 Griz Football Scholarship at the annual Lindsay Awards Banquet
2014: Kidder was the Grizzlies’ fourth leading returning tackler. Plagued by injuries, he only played in the first game at Wyoming and redshirted the season. He had three tackles.
2013: He was the 10th leading tackler on the team with 40 stops. He played in all 13 games and started in two (Appalachian State and Cal Poly). His six tackles for loss were the fourth most (tie) on the team.
2012: He was pressed into action as a true freshman, playing in 10 games. He was 18th on the team in total tackles.
High School: Kidder was selected Montana's Gatorade Player of the Year as a senior, when he led the Helena Capital Bruins to a 12-1 record and the Class AA state championship… Voted "AA" defensive MVP his senior year… He was named first team all-state at guard as a sophomore, junior, and senior, and first team all-state at defensive end his senior year… He amassed 97 total tackles, 13 sacks, 11 tackles for a loss and six forced fumbles as a senior… He also recorded 45 pancake blocks on offense in his senior season… He was selected to play in Montana's annual East-West Shrine Game and Montana-Dakota All-Star Game… His prep football coach was Pat Murphy... He was named to the Great Falls Tribune "Super Team."
Career Highs: Had 12 tackles against Idaho State on 11/7/15… had three tackles for loss against South Dakota State in the first round of the FCS playoffs… Has posted one sack in three different contests, with a long of 13 yards… Recorded two pass breakups in two different contests.
