HIGH SCHOOL: He earned letters in five sports: football (3), track (4), swimming (2), wrestling (1), and basketball (1)...football captain as a junior and senior, and defensive MVP as a junior... swimming team captain as a junior, and team MVP in that sport twice...named all-conference at running back and linebacker in 2011-12-13...senior year he rushed for 715 yards and had 51 tackles and two interceptions...his prep football coach was Mike Flamm.
