Rob Peterson was hired as Director of Player Personnel and Video Coordinator in July 2022.

Peterson worked the 2021 season as the assistant video coordinator for Grizzly football. He has also worked on the front office staff for the local professional baseball team in Missoula, the Missoula PaddleHeads, in the 2021 and 2022 seasons doing stadium operations.

Peterson was born and raised in Montana, graduating from Shelby High School before joining the Army in 2001. He was deployed in 2002 and was honorably discharged in 2006 before moving to Missoula. A lifelong Griz fan, Peterson has called Missoula his home ever since.

He oversees all aspects of film operation as well as player personnel duties, working closely with all members of the Griz support staff on day to day operations.
