HIGH SCHOOL: A 2009 graduate of Lake Havasu High School in Arizona...earned two varsity letters in football...as a senior starting quarterback, helped team to first playoff appearance in a decade...named second team all-region and team offensive MVP....also a pitcher on the baseball team for three seasons.
PERSONAL: Born in San Luis Obispo, Calif...intends to major in biology...has a wife, Lacey....has one brother and three sisters...grandfather Sonny Armstrong played football for Texas Tech...parents are Michael and Adrienne Prater of Lake Havasu City, Ariz.
