2020-21 (Redshirt): Was a redshirt in his first full season with UM.

High School: Was a two-sport standout in football and basketball at Great Falls High School… His prep football coach was Mark Samson, father of former Grizzly (and Montana Tech head coach) Kyle Samson… A two-way athlete as running back and safety… As a running back in high school carried the ball 89 times for 367 yards and two TDs as a senior… Caught 26 passes for 235 yards and three TDs that year as well… Defensively, made 59 total tackles (42 solo) and two interceptions… Had interest from Dickenson State, Carroll, and Montana Tech… Class AA all-state honorable mention.

Personal: His father Tony Longin played football and ran track for the Grizzlies from 1987-90… Plays guitar… Earned a degree in Management and Information Systems from UM in the spring of 2024
