2014: Jones was the Grizzlies’ second leading returning receiver. He played in 14 games and started in all but one, South Dakota. Jones had 67 receptions for 1,044 yards and averaged 74. 6 yards a game. He had five kick returns for 93 yards with a long of 28. He had eight touchdowns. Jones was picked to the all-conference second team on offense.
2013: He started all 13 games. He was second on the team with 42 receptions (just one catch behind the leader, Ellis Henderson) and 760 yards. He had two or more catches is nine games.
WASHINGTON: He saw action in three games in 2012 and earned a letter. He served as the team captain for the Huskies in their game against Arizona. He was a redshirt at UW in 2011.
HIGH SCHOOL: He was a first team All-South Puget Sound League at wide receiver as a junior and senior at Graham-Kapowsin High School in Spanaway. He missed his senior season due to an injury. He was listed as the state of Washington's No. 11 overall recruit by rivals.com as a senior. He was also a standout basketball player earning all-league honors as a junior and sophomore.
CAREER HIGHS: He had seven catches in three games (Eastern Washington, at Sacramento State, and at Montana State). He had 143 receiving yards at Sacramento State. He had two touchdown receptions against Coastal Carolina last season, including a career-long 72 yarder for a TD.
