HONORS CANDIDATE
2015: Jeremiah is expected to be a team leader this season, as he returns as the second leading tackler at UM. He was also chosen as an honorable mention to the preseason All-American team by USA College Football FCS.
2014: Jeremiah started in all but one game, South Dakota, last year. He had 117 total tackles, 44 unassisted, for an average of nine tackles per game. He had one sack for a loss of seven yards and two interceptions, four pass breakups and one fumble. He was named to the Big Sky Conference football third team on defense.
2013: He played in two games and was injured at North Dakota and lost for the season.
2012: He was recovering from an injury he suffered in junior college and was a redshirt at UM.
JC: He was a first team All-CIF, All-North County, and all-conference pick at linebacker at Palomar Community College for coach Dan Williams. He was also an All-Southern Conference and All-Country first team selection in 2011. He was second on his team as a freshman with 88 tackles, and tied for the team lead in sacks with five.
HIGH SCHOOL: His Vista High School team was the C.I.F. champion with a 13-1 record. He served as team captain his junior and senior seasons. He was chosen his squad's defensive MVP as a senior.
PERSONAL: He is a history major. His parents are Debra and Ofisa Kose of Oceanside. Birth date: Jan. 12, 1993. He is the nephew of Griz defensive line coach Legi Suiaunoa.
