2006: He started all 14 games and was listed as a preseason All-American candidate in the UM football guide. He was the eighth leading tackler (tie) on the team with 51 stops, and tied for second in interceptions with three. He was the co-recipient of Montana's Golden Helmet Award (hardest hitter), sharing it with defensive end Kroy Biermann. He was a second team All-Big Sky Conference pick.
2005: He played in all 12 contests and had six starts. He was the eighth leading tackler on the team with 44 stops. He was ranked second in the Big Sky and had a team-high 10 pass deflections. He was an honorable mention all-league selection pick.
2004: He started in six games and played in all 15 as a true freshman. He was the 11th leading tackler at UM with 45 stops and had a team-high nine pass deflections.
High School: He was first team all-league at Point Loma High School in football and basketball as a senior. Selected team MVP as a senior when he scored 20 all-purpose touchdowns and had four interceptions. Chosen team MVP in hoops as a junior and senior.
Career Highs: He had 11 tackles at Idaho State in 2005. He returned a blocked field goal 67 yards for a touchdown at Northern Arizona in 2005, and had a 42-yard interception return for a TD at Sac State that season as well. He had three interceptions at Eastern Washington in 2006.
