High School: He was a first team all-state pick at cornerback and punt returner as a senior at Billings West High School, the runner-up for the state "AA" title in 2008...earned three letters in football...played in Montana's East-West Shrine Game and the Montana-North Dakota All-Star game... as a senior he had 1,000-plus all-purpose yards and 99 points, along with 7 interceptions...career-wise he had 14 touchdowns, and scored 130 points... his high school coach was Paul Klaboe... earned four letters in track and field on four straight state championship teams....track team captain as a senior.
Personal:His parents are Dr. Brian and Tracie Pelczar of Billings. Birth date: June 24, 1991. He is a business major and academic honors candidate with a 3.83 GPA.
