Bio
2016: Peevey will play a leading roll at defensive tackle in his redshirt senior season… Is Montana’s 12th leading returning tackler.
2015: Played in 11 games, picking up five tackles… Blocked a kick in FCS Playoff game at North Dakota State… Awarded the Col. Thomas M. Alison Scholarship at the annual Lindsay Awards Banquet.
2014: Played in all 14 games, starting once vs. Northern Colorado. He had 30 total tackles, 10 unassisted. He had 3 sacks for a total loss of 18 yards. He had one pass breakup, two quarterback hurries and one blocked kick.
2013: He played in 11 games and was an All-Big Sky Conference academic team selection.
2012: He was redshirt.
High School: He was an honorable mention all-state selection at defensive end at local Hellgate High School his junior and senior seasons. He was chosen football defensive MVP his senior year. He was a two-year starter in basketball. He was a first team all-state and an all-tournament pick, as well as team MVP in hoops as a senior. His junior and senior hoop teams finished third in the state. His prep football coach was R.L. Boyle. He was a three-time member of Hellgate High School’s state championship tennis teams in 2010, 2011, and 2012, and won the team’s “Coaches Award” those three seasons.
Career Highs: Three sacks and one blocked kick in 2014. Four unassisted tackles at Cal Poly, also in 2014.
Personal: He is a business administration major. Birth date: July 17, 1993. His parents are Blake and JoAnne Peevey of Missoula.
