The 2023-24 season is Tiffany Stubbs’ first year as an assistant coach at Montana. Stubbs was hired in September 2023 after previously coaching at the high school level in Minnesota for five years.
Originally from Ames, Iowa, Stubbs played collegiately at Northwestern-St. Paul from 2013-14 to 2016-17. She was a freshman on the team’s first-ever trip to the NCAA Division III national tournament.
She was three times named All-Upper Midwest Athletic Conference and was on teams that won 82 games as she totaled 968 points and made 211 3-pointers. She is a 2017 graduate of the school.
Stubbs began her coaching career at Concordia Academy, leading the Beacons to 55 wins over three seasons, three section finals and the program’s first-ever trip to the Minnesota state tournament.
She was voted the Section 4AA coach of the year following the 2020-21 season.
Stubbs spent the last two seasons coaching at Southwest Christian. She was voted the Section 2AA coach of the year following the 2022-23 season after the Stars won 16 games.
