Order Date/Payment Deadline
Every season ticket customer is assigned a priority date, which represents the chronological order in which you purchased your tickets. Your priority date gives you preference during seat re-locations and up grades. If you wish to cancel your seats for a season and reapply in the future, you will forfeit your original priority date. Existing season ticket holders must renew season tickets before deadline to avoid the release of seats.
Customer Account Changes
Please keep us informed of all account corrections such as address changes, contact person changes for organizations, phone numbers, and new email addresses, etc. Submit new information in writing to the Adams Center Box Office, as certain changes cannot be made via telephone. Always refer to your customer account number when corresponding with the ticket office.
Revocable License
Your Grizzly football ticket is a revocable license and may be withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of the UM Athletic Department. All tickets are subject to the rules, regulations and policies of the Athletic Department, the NCAA and the Adams Center. Your tickets may be revoked for reasons including, but not limited to, the following: failure to meet payment deadlines, drunk or disorderly conduct, abusive, obscene language or behavior, stadium destruction and reconfiguration of seating areas and ownership disputes.
Waiting List
If you were not a Grizzly football season ticket holder for the previous year you may apply in writing to be added to the waiting list. Please indicate name, phone numbers, e-mail address, number of tickets and a few choices regarding seat preference. Mail all requests to Adams Center Box Office, 32 Campus Drive, Missoula MT 59812, or fax registration to (406) 243-2514. If there are any season tickets available for purchase you will be contacted.
Additional Season Tickets
If you wish to add additional seats to your Grizzly football ticket account please make the request at the bottom of your renewal invoice. Every effort will be made to provide you with seats near or adjoining your current ticket location.
Single-Game Tickets
The best way to guarantee tickets to each game is to purchase season tickets. Otherwise, single-game tickets (excluding Homecoming) can be purchased the first working day after July 31. Homecoming tickets will be available for reunion groups and UM volunteers only. There will be no Homecoming tickets available for general sale. For more information, contact the Alumni Association at 406-243-5211 or 800-862-5862 or visit the Alumni Association web site (UMontanaAlumni.org) and click on the Homecoming link. A limited supply of Bobcat/Grizzly tickets will be available from the Grizzly Scholarship Association when Montana hosts Montana State.
Away Game Tickets
The Grizzlies receive a limited number of tickets for away games which are mainly utilized by coaches, player parents and support staff. Any remaining tickets are made first to GSA members, Grizzly football season ticket holders, then the general public.
Playoff Tickets
Season ticket holders have first right of refusal in purchasing their current seat location for playoff games hosted by the Grizzlies. After the deadline these seats will be made available to the general public.
Championship Game Tickets
Should the Grizzlies make it to the national championship game, a limited number of tickets will first be made available to the Athletic Department to include, but not limited to: coaches, administrative staff, trainers and the parents of players. What remains will be made available to charters, GSA members, season ticket holders, then the general public.
Payment For Tickets
Payment for Grizzly football season, single game and playoff tickets may be made by Discover card, Mastercard, Visa, cashier's check, money order, personal check or cash. No payments can be accepted with American Express. Bank items returned for any reason are subject to a $15 service fee.
Lost Or Stolen Tickets
Please keep your tickets in a safe and secure place away from heat and direct sunlight. Season tickets, single game tickets or playoff tickets that are lost, stolen or destroyed may be replaced for the original cost of the ticket with the additional processing fee per ticket reprinted. Tickets that have been stolen can be reprinted at the processing per ticket fee only if a stolen property report is filed by the police. A case number is required before the tickets will be reissued. You may call the Adams Center Box Office prior to the game date and arrange for to pick up the reissued tickets at will call on the day of the game, or the ticket holder of record can come to the will call window on game day and pick up reissued tickets. Those attempting to use fraudulent or stolen tickets will be removed from the game. Replacement tickets cannot be printed and reissued prior to game day.
Children's Tickets
Children who have celebrated their second birthday are required to have a ticket to gain admittance to a Grizzly football game. Children under two years of age are not required to have a ticket provided they sit on an adult's lap. As a courtesy to all fans and to comply with fire and safety regulations, children should not sit in the aisles or walkways. There are no discounted tickets available for children.
