Celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day with the Lady Griz

The 33rd annual National Girls and Women in Sports Day will be more than just a nominal observance this year for Grizzly Athletics. Instead, girls ages 7-13 will have a chance to go all in with an immersive experience by joining Montana's game-day staff at an upcoming Lady Griz basketball game.

With the Lady Griz on the road the week of the actual date in February, National Girls and Women in Sports Day will be recognized on Saturday, Jan. 19, when Montana hosts Idaho at Dahlberg Arena at 2 p.m.

Available positions range from music to social media to spirit squad to marketing to tickets to equipment, plus many more.

For a full list of positions and for information on how to apply, visit the page linked above. All applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 16. Those selected will be informed on Thursday, Jan. 17.

Those chosen to participate will receive tickets for themselves and for any family members who wish to attend the game.
