3/11/2019 2:19:00 PM | Football
Four former Montana football players will return to Washington-Grizzly Stadium on Tuesday, March 12, for the team's annual Pro Day, hoping to impress professional scouts. Three other athletes from around the state of Montana will also be on hand to work out for scouts as well.
Â
This year, Grizzly prospects Keenan Curran (WR), Caleb Hill (TE/QB), Reid Miller (DB) and Eric Williams (KP) return to Missoula to undergo testing. They will be joined by receiver Dion Williams from Montana Tech and Rocky Mountain College prospects Troy Bacon (OL) and Joseph Bones (DL).
Â
Pro day testing gets underway at roughly 9 a.m. with weigh-ins and measurements before moving into the vertical jump, broad jump, and 225-pound bench press phase in the Washington-Grizzly Champions Center weight room.
Â
Testing then moves into Washington-Grizzly Stadium for the speed and agility portion of pro day starting at 10 a.m. and lasting until roughly 11 a.m.
Â
Testing inside the Washington-Grizzly Champions Center is closed to the public and the media. Due to icy and unsafe conditions in the stands at the stadium, outdoor testing is closed to the public, with media members only allowed on the sidelines of the field.
