Golf fundraising tournament update

The Montana women's golf program's second-annual fundraiser, which will be held on Friday at the Ranch Club Golf Course, has reached its max. The tournament will feature 24 four-person teams playing a scramble format.

Registration begins at 8 a.m., the shotgun start at 9 a.m. Each team's entry fee includes the golf, a cart, range balls, tee prizes, hole contests and lunch.

The highlight of the event will be the opportunity to win a new vehicle from DeMarois GMC Buick for any player carding a hole-in-one on the course's 17th hole.

Other prizes include two rounds of golf at Old Works Golf Course in Anaconda, four rounds at Rock Creek Cattle Company near Deer Lodge, product from Nike and dinner certificates for the Depot and Scotty's Table in Missoula.

Orange Street Food Farm, Missoula Fresh Market and the Montana Club have also contributed to make the tournament possible.
