Celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day with the Lady Griz

After a fun, successful debut of the event last winter, the Montana Department of Athletics will once again celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day at a home Lady Griz game this season.
Â
This year's event will take place on Saturday, Feb. 8, when Montana hosts Idaho at 2 p.m. at Dahlberg Arena.
Â
Registration is now open for girls ages 7-13 to have a chance to be part of the game-day experience by shadowing different staff positions.
Â
Available spots range from marketing to ticketing to in-game music, from spirit squad to social media to equipment.
Â
Each applicant must submit a short video of no more than one minute in length explaining why they would like to be part of the game-day team.

Applications will be accepted through Jan. 31.
