Dunlap named Big Sky Player of the Week

FARMINGTON, Utah - Montana sophomore Lauren Dunlap recorded two wins in the Grizzlies' first victory of 2020 to earn her first career Big Sky Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week honor.

Dunlap teamed up with Alex Walker in doubles play as the duo coasted to a 6-2 win on court three to help Montana to a 1-0 lead over Grand Canyon.

The Tampa, Fla., native increased the Grizzlies' advantage to 3-0 in singles with a 6-4, 6-0 victory over Jana Weiss at No. 4 en route to a 5-2 Montana win.

Dunlap and the Grizzlies travel east this week to face Michigan State in East Lansing on Saturday, Feb. 8, and will also face Xavier in a neutral-court dual on Sunday.
