Â
"We had a pretty rough start opening day, but I was really happy with how a lot of the kids who had tough first rounds hung in there and improved in the second round," said coach Kris Nord.
Â
"We had a pretty good case of nerves out there not having played for a year. Hopefully we got that out of the way. I'm encouraged. It was nice to see the kids keep competing."

Montana will compete next Saturday and Sunday, March 20-21, at the Red Rocks Invitational at Oakcreek Country Club in Sedona, Ariz.
