2016: Weyer will look to return to a starting position as a redshirt senior… Earned a nomination as an all-Big Sky preseason performer.
2015: Suffered an injury during fall camp and was forced to miss his redshirt junior campaign... Was awarded the Bill and Phyllis Bouchee Family Football Scholarship at the annual Lindsay Scholarship Banquet.
2014: Started as right guard on the offensive side. He played in 13 games and started in 12.
2013: Played in several games and lettered. He was an All-Big Sky Conference academic team selection.
2012: He was a redshirt.
High School: He was a two-time first team all-state selection at offensive tackle at Bozeman High School as a senior. He started at left tackle for the Hawks when they won the 2010 State AA title, going 13-0 that season. He served as team captain his senior year. He was voted “Hawk of the Year” in 2011. He was named his team’s defensive MVP in football as a senior. He was selected the “Outstanding Lineman” in 2010 and 2011. He played in both the East-West Shrine Game and Montana-Dakota All-Star Game. His high school football coach was Troy Purcell. He was named to the Great Falls Tribune’s “Super Team.” He also lettered in track.
Personal: He is undecided on a major. His parents are Tom and Liz Weyer of Bozeman. Birth date: March 1, 1994. He had a 3.8 GPA in high school.
