2023 (Montana – R-Sr.):
• All-Big Sky Honorable Mention
• Academic All-Big Sky
Voted a team captain at the onset of the season… Named to the Senior Bowl watchlist and the East-West Shrine Bowl 1,000 watchlist preseason… Helped lead a balanced 2023 offense that threw for 2,967 yards and rushed for 2,652 yards, a combined difference of just 315 yards. The Griz were third in the nation and first in the Big Sky in first down offense this season, moving the chains 297 times while outscoring opponents 454-258. Helped UM rack-up the fourth-most rushing yards per-game (176.8) and the second-most rushing TDs (32) this season in the Big Sky… Was also named a Senior Bowl “small school” O-Lineman to watch heading into his final year… Made 28 starts in 28 appearances for the Griz in two seasons.
2022 (Montana – R-Sr.): Transferred to Montana and joined the team in time for summer workouts… Moved to the offensive line and won the starting left tackle job in at fall camp… Went on to start all 13 games in his first season as a Grizzly… Helped pave the way for Montana’s rushing attack that totaled 2,221 yards and 28 touchdowns in 2022, averaging 170 yards per game on the ground.
2021 (Nebraska – R-Sr.): Played in four games in 2021 on the defensive line… Made his season debut in Nebraska's win over Fordham and also played against Purdue, No. 6 Ohio State and No. 17 Iowa… A member of the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll.
2020 (Nebraska – R-Jr.): Added depth to the defensive line as a junior… Saw action on special teams in each of the final two games of the season… A member of the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll… Named to the Brook Berringer Citizenship Team and the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team for his work in the community.
2019 (Nebraska – R-So.): Dealt with an injury throughout his sophomore season and did not appear in a game.
2018 (Nebraska – R-Fr.): Walker played in one game as a redshirt freshman in 2018, making his career debut and recording one tackle in the Huskers' win over Bethune-Cookman… Walker was also on Nebraska's travel roster for the Huskers' trip to Ohio State.
2017 (Nebraska – Fr.): Worked on the offensive line as a redshirt in 2017.
High School: Was a two-way standout on the line at Lincoln East High, and helped the Spartans to an impressive postseason run in 2016…. Helped Coach John Gingery’s team reach the Class A state semifinals and post a 7-5 record… His blocking on the O-line helped East average 227 rushing yards per game, while producing a 1,500-yard rusher… On defense and special teams he added 75 tackles, seven sacks, and a blocked field goal…. Was a first-team All-Nebraska selection as an offensive lineman by the Omaha World-Herald, while the paper also listed him as a Class A all-state defensive lineman… Was a Super-State pick by the Lincoln Journal Star as an offensive lineman… Was an honorable-mention all-state pick during his junior season when he recorded 43 tackles on defense and started on the offensive line… Was a consensus choice as one of the top five prospects in Nebraska… Originally committed to Wyoming, before choosing the Huskers, and also had an offer from Ohio.
Personal: Is the son of David and Lisa Walker… Graduated with a degree in criminology and criminal justice in December of 2021... Has volunteered his time with a Day of Service, the Nebraska Football Road Race and local hospital visits.
