Congratulations, Spring 2020 graduates

A total of 53 Montana student-athletes will earn their degrees this weekend, spanning 20 different majors and all but one of Montana's Division-I programs. Included in the number is Mariah Harvey, a thrower on the track & field team (education leadership) and basketball player Jared Samuelson (business administration), who will both obtain their master's degrees. The group also includes 34 student-athletes who have earned a total of 119 Academic All-Big Sky honors – with more to still come later this summer.
Among the Academic All-Big Sky recipients are four-time honorees Colin Bingham (2019 President's Cup award-winner) and McKenzie Johnston, in addition to several women's track & field student-athletes who have been recognized a multitude of times across their indoor, outdoor and cross country careers: Jane Booth (seven awards); Olivia Ellis (six); Mariah Harvey (seven); Holly Houston (six); Carla Nicosia (seven); Chloe Seferos (six); Grace Slevin (seven); and Carly Smiedala (six). Nothing, though, stacks up to Samantha Engebretsen, who has earned 10 Academic All-Big Sky honors and is Montana's three-time winner of the President's Cup, the athletic department's top academic award.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the fact that classes have been moved remotely, there will be no graduation ceremony on campus this weekend. Nonetheless, below are Montana's spring and summer 2020 graduating student-athletes:
