Lady Griz to face Toreros, Tritons at USD Winter Classic

The Montana women's basketball team, which has won four of its last five games, will face San Diego and UC San Diego this week at the USD Winter Classic in San Diego.

The Lady Griz (4-3) opened their three-game road trip to California with a come-from-behind 67-65 win at Cal Poly on Saturday night.

This week's games will be the last before Christmas for Montana, which opens Big Sky Conference play on Dec. 29 and 31 against Weber State and Idaho State.

The Lady Griz will face the Toreros (4-6) at 3 p.m. (MT) on Wednesday, the Tritons (3-6) at 3 p.m. (MT) on Thursday. Boise State is the fourth team at the USD Winter Classic.

The games will take place at USD's Jenny Craig Pavilion.
