Â
Sunday's match comes after a mad rush to open the season for Montana. Including exhibition matches against Rocky Mountain and Carroll, the Grizzlies played six matches in 15 days between Aug. 15 and 29.
Â
"You go from a heavy learning phase in preseason and not playing to the only learning you're doing is through games. It was a lot of learning through experience in the heat of the moment," said Citowicki.
Â
"We've had all sorts of tests and, in my opinion, we've played well in every single one of them. We're playing well.
Â
"Now we have a full week of training, thank goodness, because it's the tiny details that make the difference. We have to figure those out this week if we want to get a result against Gonzaga."
